As a homeowner being vigilant is key when minimizing damage to your home. This customer noticed that there was water coming down into their family room on the first floor. The cause, a washing machine machine overflow causing damage to a Family Room ceiling and walls. This pictures shows the minimal demolition that was required in order to properly dry the walls and the sub-floor from the second level.
